On a personal level, Howard has over 25 years experience in Sales, Management and Marketing. Raised in the Midwest, Howard has lived across the country, traveled extensively and has lived in the Carolinas for most of the last 15 years. Married to Polly Ann Elliott, they currently reside in Summerville and their hobbies include golf, gardening, reading and the beach.
